[Blindapple] editing Hello to add Textalker

oh I may have to take a look at this cyder press if it allows you to do
stuff like that, that is useful, I've been programming directly in the emu,
which is time consuming and arduous at points.

Fancy program, I just assume fast rate speech in my useful.dsk
