[Blindapple] the directory "Disks that require an emulator

I went looking through this directory, and grabbed one of the disks.  I think it was called tc13.dsk, or something similar.  when I loaded the disk, it
didn't talk.  Do the disks in this particular directory not talk, or did I just end up with one that just happened not to?
