Hello,

Either ROM version should work. Not sure about the ROMs from MESS, 
they're in zips, maybe you could extract the required ROM file from that.

The ROM 00 and 01 versions have 256K of RAM on the motherboard. The ROM 
03 has a megabyte on board, as well as a slightly changed control panel, 
sticky keys, and more enhancements.
