[Blindapple] Minimum System Requirements, or, getting choppy sound on one machine?

That happened to me running on a dell inspiron running a quad core 2.3
ghz processor with 8 gigs of ram.
When I restarted windows, the problem cleared up... for now at least.
This is a thing that seems to happen a lot with me and emulators.
